Return & Exchange policy

Our policy

The cabana shop wants you to be happy with your online purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund or exchange your online purchase within 20 days from the delivery date (please refer to your tracking number). Please note that merchandise must be in perfect sellable condition (unworn/unsoiled) with all original tags attached and sanitary liners in place on all bottoms.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original account of your purchase less shipping fees. Refund processing may take up to 30 days.

Exchanges

For exchanges please fill out the Return Authorization FormShipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • The cabana shop is not responsible for lost packages. 
  • Any merchandise returned to the cabana shop after the allowed time stated in our policy, will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
  •  The cabana shop will ship all soiled, worn, laundered and damaged suits back to the customer, as we can no longer re sell the merchandise. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
  •  Store credit may be permitted for returns received after 30 days from delivery date. 
  • Sale merchandise may be exchanged, no refunds will be issued.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Please note that orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request. Orders placed before 2pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays) of in stock items are shipped the same day from our processing center in Miami, Florida. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Merchandise listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as the items are available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.
  • Applicable sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Florida.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • The cabana shop ships internationally via FEDEX. 
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred during transit, which are to be paid upon arrival of the package.
